HVAC Commercial Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment and materials to identify issues.
• Operate tools and machinery safely.
• Analyze information to make informed decisions.
• Provide daily guidance to teams and train apprentices.
• Complete all on-site documentation accurately.
• Lead installation teams and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Attend project meetings as required.
• Be available to work extra days as needed.

• Strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in reading construction documents and performing basic math.
• Competence in following directions with minimal supervision.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred field experience as an HVAC Foreman and in commercial HVAC applications.
