Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and on-site training for team members.
- Aid Field Supervisor in evaluating skills and creating development plans for each technician.
- Exhibit superior customer relations skills.
- Maintain a clean vehicle and proper uniform.
- Take and complete the Star Certification Test.
- Train technicians in customer communication.
- Respond to after-hours and emergency service calls when primary technician is unavailable.
- Act proactively to address warranty or credit issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Complete all quoted work within allotted time.
- Attend or teach union training courses for continued education.
- Be the technical “go-to” for the Team Dispatcher in the Field Supervisor's absence.
- Provide technical information to the sales and quoting department.
- Extensive HVAC field knowledge with at least 10 years of service field experience.
- Extensive safety knowledge and training with at least 10 years of field experience.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills are a plus.
- Ability to organize and plan daily responsibilities effectively.

Pay
The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor unions aligned with collective bargaining agreements.
