Responsibilities

  • Capture headshots and produce/distribute employee badges
  • Organize and schedule candidate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage new hire communications
  • Maintain the organizational chart and submit IT tickets for onboarding
  • Filing essential documents like I-9 forms and job descriptions into personnel folders
  • Audit biographical information forms, job descriptions, and employee files for comprehensive documentation
  • Reconcile invoices related to employee benefits
  • Provide general assistance with broader talent acquisition and recruiting initiatives
  • Address inquiries and requests from employees as a point of contact for customer service
  • Support corporate gatherings and activities
  • Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish
  • Assume evolving duties and responsibilities of position
  • Work all hours required to fulfill job duties and responsibilities (including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed)
  • Travel as required
  • Provide coverage for other positions as requested
  • Carry and lift boxes and objects weighing between 10 and 25 pounds
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Experience in an office or administrative environment is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are required.
