Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within the bureau to provide administrative support with day-to-day HR functions.
- Aid in employee data management, postings, and communication initiatives.
- Absorb new hire documents, conduct orientation, and create new employee IDs for new hires.
- Assist with exit interviews, time keeping processes, letters, interviews, filing, and special projects.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate is a full or part-time student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A highly motivated, detail-oriented, inquisitive individual who desires to expand their knowledge of Human Resource Management.
- Excellent confidentiality, collaborative, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
- Attendance is crucial for this position.
This internship is unpaid and not eligible for benefits.
