Responsibilities
- Aid in employee benefits administration, enrollment, and address employee inquiries.
- Support payroll processes, data validation, and generate reports.
- Maintain and update employee records in SuccessFactors, Dayforce, and other HR systems.
- Offer assistance with HR Link inquiries and employee service requests.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Contribute to data audits and ensure accuracy across HR platforms.
- Create reports and support HR metrics and analytics.
- Engage in special HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members to support employee lifecycle activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- An interest in HR technology, payroll, benefits administration, and employee experience.
- Experience with or eagerness to learn HRIS platforms like SuccessFactors and Dayforce is preferred.
