Position Purpose
Support Human Resources department with conducting interviews, meeting annual training requirements, employee evaluations, electronic tracking systems and job fair/community presence.
Essential Functions
- Work with local HR team to be actively involved in the recruiting process from start to finish.
- Partner with the wellness team and activities committee to assist with any ongoing wellness projects and help plan upcoming employee events.
- Aid in electronic record keeping for disciplinary actions and training records.
- Assist with training needs, help with program rollouts, and track completion statuses for different touchpoints & deadlines.
- Collaborate with local management team to complete and send out the quarterly newsletter.
Education And Training
- Must be currently enrolled in and working toward a degree in General Management, Business, HR, or related field.
- Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel) required.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
