Human Resources Intern
Major Responsibilities And Duties
- Update position description templates (e.g., department name, department ID, office name)
- Track updated position descriptions by office
- Save position descriptions with established naming convention
- Scan and index personnel files in electronic personnel system (i.e., OnBase)
- Absorb files per records retention schedule
- Update templates and forms to department approved letterhead
- Use checklists to assist in archiving electronic documents on SharePoint sites
- Generate HR reports and compile stats in bi-weekly report
- Support HR senior analysts and managers by providing administrative support on various projects as needed
