Internship Overview

The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Department / Position Description

The Associate Experience team, part of Human Resources, delivers exceptional support to associates, people leaders, and HR business partners across Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Engagement, Rewards, Recognition, Wellbeing, Early Talent, and the Performance Management cycle. The intern will support both small‑ and large‑scale projects aligned with the team’s work, working independently and collaboratively with a variety of team members to gain exposure to different perspectives, work styles, and approaches to achieving shared goals.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
• Adaptable, dependable, and eager to learn new systems, processes, and HR practices.
• Collaborative team member who listens actively and builds positive working relationships.
• Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and taking initiative.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
• Available from May 24 2027 through August 13 2027.

Pay

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position. Salary ranges include:

• ME/NC/PA/SC: $18.10 – $34.20 per hour
• IL/MA/MD: $20.00 – $37.80 per hour

Schedule
