About the role
We’re looking for a professional, organized, and service-driven Human Resources Coordinator to support the full Team Member experience. From onboarding and employee relations to daily HR inquiries and benefits support, this role is a key resource for our Team Members and plays an essential part in creating a smooth, positive, and welcoming workplace environment.
Starting pay rate is $16.00/HR.
Responsibilities
- Support the hiring process by coordinating applications, onboarding activities, licensing requirements, and pre-employment steps
- Partner closely with HR leadership to support daily operations and initiatives
- Research, respond to, and follow up on Team Member and leader inquiries regarding job offers, policies, benefits, and general HR topics
- Perform HR data entry, including new hires, transfers, requisitions, and Oracle updates
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director
- Deliver Family-Style Service in every interaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Working knowledge of employment laws and related regulations
- Professional, self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to read and write basic lists, memos, and business correspondence
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with Oracle applications is a plus
- Must be familiar with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

- Must obtain and maintain applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or license(s), if required
