Responsibilities
- Foster a fun environment
- Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- Generate all needed and/or requested reports
- Maintain Company job descriptions and organizational charts
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) database to ensure data integrity
- Maintain I-9 information and ensure employees are compliant with work authorization rules and regulations
- Maintain compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment and analyze benefit utilization data
- Greet applicants and team members in a positive, upbeat manner, answer questions, assist with application process, answer phone calls, and schedule interviews and new hire celebrations
- Ensure completion of paperwork processes such as new hires, gaming licenses, drug tests, background checks, and property to property transfers
- Receive and inventory all incoming wardrobe items, ensure proper distribution, maintain inventory control, and report any discrepancies
- Compile information, complete, and submit reports as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a customer service position
- Previous experience working in HR desired
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Previous Canva experience; Adobe software knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Acrobat) also a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, multi-task, and problem solve
- Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results
- Approach team member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential, and helpful manner
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some positions may require a bachelor’s degree.
