A role in Distribution and Receive Centers means being on the very front lines of getting product to the guest as fast as possible—a critical differentiator and one of the most essential functions within Logistics. Responsibilities
- Focus on process and problem solving to drive results in Distribution Center Operations
- Influence and maintain the good name in the retail marketplace through Quality Management
- Analyze and recalibrate how to best support people, processes, and technology investments to support an evolving business
- Partner with leaders and team members to elevate and nurture the Target experience
- Think innovatively to solve problems and deliver excellent HR services with quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations at varying levels of the organization

Qualifications
- Ability to leverage strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations at varying levels of the organization; including but not limited to senior leadership
- Strong reasoning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
Skills
- Understanding of policies and procedures and relating them to others
- Basic knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (examples include Excel, Word, O365)

Pay
The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
