About the role
The HR Business Partner helps align Van Pool Transportation LLC’s people strategy with its business strategy. Together with managers, they set priorities, drive values, and deliver business results.
Responsibilities
- Be a People Champion: Handle all HR matters, including employee relations, investigations, labor relations, employee engagement, and benefit questions. Solve problems to create a valued and motivated workplace.
- Drive Change: Shape HR strategies and initiatives that promote innovation and growth.
- Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with team members and leaders to understand their needs and provide top-notch HR support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compliance, and Benefits.
- Strong knowledge in employment law.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in tools like Workday, MS Office, and AI integration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
