About the role

You will support managers and employees on a range of people-related matters, providing practical guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day workforce needs. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build effective working relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Strategic HR Business Partner and business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals
  • Provide guidance on talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Coach managers and leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee retention, productivity, and satisfaction
  • Leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and support scalable people practices
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to modernize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enable more strategic use of HR resources
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) including Talent Acquisition, People Development, and Employee Experience
  • Drive inclusion, opportunity and belonging initiatives and promote an inclusive work culture
  • Lead or contribute to organizational change initiatives, including restructures, culture shifts, and employee feedback programs
  • Ensure legal compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies
  • Act as a mediator and resource in employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational design principles
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors)
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR) is preferred
