Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, Human Resources Administrator (HRA), HR Manager, Employee Relations, or related HR role.
- Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
- Experience supporting organizational change, coaching leaders, and driving employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
