About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic support to the organization’s business units. This includes collaborating with managers to understand their needs, implementing HR initiatives that align with business goals, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to identify HR needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on HR-related matters.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers.
- Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and company policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and benefits administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
