About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations, recruiting, employee relations, and workforce initiatives for a fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies.
- Coach leaders on employee engagement, performance, and conflict resolution.
- Support leave administration, benefits inquiries, and return-to-work processes.
- Aid in training, employee development, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, reporting, and documentation while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of employment laws, leave administration, and HR compliance.
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or other fast-paced operational environment is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now is a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
