About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations, recruiting, employee relations, and workforce initiatives for a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies.
  • Coach leaders on employee engagement, performance, and conflict resolution.
  • Support leave administration, benefits inquiries, and return-to-work processes.
  • Aid in training, employee development, and compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records, reporting, and documentation while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, leave administration, and HR compliance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or other fast-paced operational environment is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now is a plus).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
