About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers. Duties include but are not limited to answering phone calls, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Processing prescriptions and managing inventory
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality
- Providing educational materials to patients
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy preferred
- Current license to practice pharmacy in state
- Experience in a pharmacy setting

- Computer literacy, particularly in pharmacy management software
