HR Technology Coordinator
Job Summary
The HR Technology Coordinator serves as the primary point of intake for HR Technology-related inquiries and operational support across HR Centers of Excellence. This role manages the HR Technology shared inbox, triages and resolves Tier 1 requests, and ensures timely routing and follow-up across HR systems, processes, and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the HR Technology shared inbox and intake channels, serving as the first point of contact for HR system and HR-related inquiries
- Triage incoming requests, resolve Tier 1 inquiries, and route issues to the appropriate teams or HR Centers of Excellence (COEs)
- Monitor follow-up and ensure timely responses and resolution of employee and manager inquiries
- Ensure continuity of support across HR Technology and HR functions by coordinating requests across global teams and time zones
- Support basic HR system inquiries, including navigation, process guidance, and general troubleshooting
- Aid with HR transactions and updates following established processes and approvals
- Provide coordination and administrative support across HR functions, including recruiting, talent development, benefits, and compensation
- Partner with HR teams to ensure consistent communication, documentation and employee experience across HR programs
- Maintain and update knowledge articles, job aids, and process documentation to support HR Technology and HR operations
- Identify recurring inquiries or trends and recommend improvements to processes, documentation, or intake workflows
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR Technology processes and enhance service delivery
- Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve efficiency in intake management, documentation, and communication, ensuring accuracy and appropriate human review
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Typically 2–5 years of HR, HR Operations, HRIS support, shared services, or related administrative experience
- Working knowledge of HR systems and tools, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively triage and manage high-volume inquiries while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams

Total Compensation
Total Compensation = Pay range + Benefits
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Sales and Service Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. The salary range reflects both entry into the role and future growth.
