HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire onboarding experiences
• Manage employee engagement & recognition programs
• Handle employee data administration
• Plan company events that build community
• Support strategic HR initiatives

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Coordination, or HR Administration.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience using HRIS platforms (Paylocity or similar systems).
• Experience using Ben Admin systems (EASE, Employee Navigator or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Experience planning company events, recognition programs, or employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience using collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Wrike, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws including I-9, FLSA, FMLA, and HR best practices.
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
