Responsibilities
- Lead new hire onboarding experiences
- Manage employee engagement & recognition programs
- Handle employee data administration
- Plan company events that build community
- Support strategic HR initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Coordination, or HR Administration.
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience using HRIS platforms (Paylocity or similar systems).
- Experience using Ben Admin systems (EASE, Employee Navigator or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Experience planning company events, recognition programs, or employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience using collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Wrike, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of employment laws including I-9, FLSA, FMLA, and HR best practices.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
