Responsibilities
- Cook up the onboarding process for new hires, making sure all documents, timelines, and communications are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage screening activities and follow up on outstanding items to help candidates breeze through pre-employment steps.
- Maintain employee information within HRIS platforms and ensure records are always up to date, complete, and neatly organized.
- Offer day-to-day administrative support for HR operations, including document handling, status tracking, and responding to routine employee inquiries.
- Aid in compliance-related tasks by preparing files, monitoring required documentation, and helping uphold established HR procedures.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support hiring and employee administration activities, keeping confidentiality and attention to detail in mind.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources coordination or HR administrative support.
- Hands-on experience supporting employee onboarding and related documentation processes.
- Familiarity with pre-employment administrative workflows and related coordination processes.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate digital records.
- Understanding of HR compliance practices and the importance of handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a dependable, service-oriented approach.
Qualifications
