About the role
The HR Coordinator will be the operational backbone of a busy, growing HR team at T1 Energy. They will ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly, support HR integration projects, maintain HR project plans, serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administration of the onboarding process, coordinating logistics, paperwork, systems access, and communications to ensure every new hire has a smooth, professional start.
- Support HR integration projects on the administrative side, tracking tasks, maintaining documentation, and helping project owners stay on schedule and organized.
- Maintain HR project plans and trackers, keeping status current, flagging open items, and running follow-up cadences to keep workstreams moving.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, routing inquiries to the right HR team member and following up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation in UKG Pro and other systems with accuracy and consistency.

- Coordinate across HR functions, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Business Partners, to support cross-functional projects and ensure administrative alignment.
- Aid in the preparation of HR communications, presentations, and materials for internal initiatives.
- Aid in audits, compliance reporting, and data integrity checks as needed.
- Identify administrative gaps and proactively propose better ways to organize and track the work.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or operations coordination role.
- Experience supporting onboarding or HR operations in a fast-growing or high-volume environment is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with an HRIS platform; experience with UKG Pro is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with experience maintaining project plans and tracking open items.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Excel or Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- A high attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
