About the role
The HR Coordinator will play a central role in Gymreapers' People & Culture team, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and sourcing support.
Responsibilities
- Manage job postings across all active requisitions and coordinate interviews end-to-end.
- Keep candidates informed and move them through the process efficiently.
- Maintain clean records in our ATS (JazzHR).
- Owning the logistics of onboarding new hires, including background checks, offer letter generation, and new hire paperwork.
- Supporting benefits and payroll-related questions by directing people to the right resources.
- Maintaining the systems and tools that keep the function running.
- Sourcing support: building candidate pipelines on assigned requisitions using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
- Supporting the operational side of new initiatives such as performance management, engagement surveys, job architecture, and manager training programs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or recruiting coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Clear, professional communicator.
- Comfortable in ambiguity.
- High ownership mentality.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (startup, DTC, or consumer brand background preferred).
Qualifications
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR or similar).
- LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing experience.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
