HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and retention initiatives
  • Manage performance management and employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
  • Coordinate training and professional development programs
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with compensation planning
  • Maintain HR records and reporting requirements

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition programs
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • PREFERRED: Experience in healthcare, or human services settings
