Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and retention initiatives
- Manage performance management and employee relations matters
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
- Coordinate training and professional development programs
- Administer employee benefits and assist with compensation planning
- Maintain HR records and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition programs
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- PREFERRED: Experience in healthcare, or human services settings
