Responsibilities
- Build Our Dream Team (Talent Acquisition): Scout for talent, manage the full recruitment cycle, and create a pipeline of future employees.
- Streamline Hiring: Use applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth candidate experience and manage the full recruitment process.
- Welcoming Onboarding: Design an onboarding program that helps new team members succeed.
- Staffing Needs: Forecast staffing needs using Workforce Management reports.
- Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll accurately and efficiently, manage employee records, and provide guidance on HR and benefits policies.
- Leaves of Absence: Handle FMLA and other leave requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Wage Scale Adherence: Ensure compliance with wage scales and act as the workers compensation liaison.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and maintain personnel records.
- Training and Feedback: Deliver training sessions and gather team member feedback to drive positive change.
- Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment and lead initiatives to boost morale and engagement.
- Legal Compliance: Keep legal postings updated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
- 1-3 years of HR experience, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and applicant tracking.
- Proven payroll processing expertise and familiarity with timekeeping systems.
- Essential proficiency in UKG/UltiPro.
- A solid understanding of HR compliance and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for people.
