Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR operating models and organizational structures.
- Improve HR process efficiency and advise organizations on a range of people-related challenges, with a focus on change management.
- Drive large scale change strategies, organizational design and HR organization transformation.
- Support engagement activities from planning through to implementation, including identifying and helping manage potential issues and risks during client assignments.
- Prepare proposals and deliver presentations for potential clients.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems (business perspective), or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems (business perspective), or related field and 4 years of related work experience.
- Must have 4 years of experience with large-scale HR projects in one or any combination of the following: while at a professional services and/or consulting firm; AND/OR as an in-house HR manager.
- Must have 3 years of experience with at least two of the following: change management, organizational design, HR operating and delivery models, or HR process efficiency and processes.
- Must have 1 year of experience contributing to client pursuits by preparing proposals, including presentations.
- Must have 1 year of experience managing a team of junior consulting professionals.
- Travel required up to 50%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.

Benefits
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Pay
The base salary for this job is $131,235.00 per year.
Schedule
Flexible vacation policy, with the option to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
