About the Opportunity
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for administering and enhancing HR systems and workflows. This role plays a key part in optimizing HR operations by managing system administration, reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvements. The position contributes to efficient and compliant HR processes, supporting business functions through data integrity and system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day administration of enterprise HR platforms, with a dedicated focus on UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and Greenhouse ATS
- Manage the database lifecycle of employee data modifications, organizational structural changes, cross-functional workflow logic, platform troubleshooting, and granular system permission schemes
- Build, customize, and validate complex operational reports and business intelligence metrics while maintaining database integrity and executing routine data audits
- Support, monitor, and optimize technical system integrations, automated third-party file feeds, API connections, and bulk data uploads related to cyclical HR programs
- Administer, scale, and structurally improve the internal HR Operations ticketing and case management system
- Support regulatory compliance tracking, corporate learning management system (LMS) process administration, and associated completion reporting
- Develop, catalog, and maintain clear technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system workflows, and employee FAQs
- Identify, evaluate, and implement proactive system optimizations, workflow simplifications, and automated software solutions
- Lead or assist in the pilot testing and strategic adoption of AI tools within core HR Operations workflows to maximize team efficiency
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional partners in HR, IT Engineering, Payroll, and Finance to resolve technical data discrepancies and enhance shared processes
- Manage multiple rolling project priorities independently, monitor vendor system updates, and support macro-level operational initiatives
Requirements
- Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive professional experience operating within HR information systems (HRIS), HR operations, or people analytics departments
- Proven background directly administering enterprise-level HR systems and managing end-to-end employee lifecycle data processes
- Strong working knowledge of custom report writing, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, data validation methodologies, data cleansing, and financial/operational reconciliations
- Demonstrated experience managing complex system integrations, data mapping workflows, and automated process improvements
- Strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities concurrently while maintaining absolute confidentiality with highly sensitive personnel data
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related professional field
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Target compensation framework: Base salary or hourly structures are determined dynamically based upon the candidate's specific platform depth (UKG/Greenhouse), technical data analytics capabilities, and localized market benchmarks
