HR Systems Analyst

The HR Systems Analyst position supports the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR technology systems that enable efficient workforce operations. This role involves supporting the daily operation, configuration, and improvement of assigned HR technology platforms, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and effective user support.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems, payroll technology, talent acquisition platforms, learning systems, benefits, compensation, or related HR technology functions.
• Experience with system configuration, user support, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and ticket management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Able to prioritize multiple requests, meet deadlines, and provide effective support in a remote work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across HR and IT teams.
• Experience with change management processes, data controls, and system documentation practices.
• Familiarity with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, or similar HR technology platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of multi-state U.S. and/or Canadian payroll or employee population support is a plus.
• Experience with HR technology certifications, reporting tools, or system implementation projects is advantageous.
