Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates the activities and operations of the housing program to ensure effective and efficient service.
- Provides daily supervision and coaching to assigned team members, supporting staff development and training and assisting with case consultations.
- Maintains compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements, quality assurance standards, and contract standards.
- Affords assistance in managing relationships with key funders and stakeholders.
- Implements quality assurance initiatives to improve operational efficiency and clinical accuracy of the housing services workflow.
- Affords assistance in maintaining program fiscal viability and capacity to align with grant compliance.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, required. Master’s Degree in relevant field, preferred.
Licensure Requirement
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio, preferred.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead staff.
- Ability to represent the agency to stakeholders.
Experience
- Three years of experience in housing services, homelessness programs, or social services, required.
- Three years of experience related to grant management and compliance practices, required.
- One year of supervisory or team leadership experience, preferred.
