About the role
Vivent Health is seeking a Housing Supervisor to oversee and manage housing services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of supervisory or leadership experience and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist leaders with program oversight and monitor workflows and staff activities.
- Provide direct supervision and performance management for the housing staff.
- Foster a collaborative and professional work culture.
- Hire and train staff with comprehensive onboarding to organizational policies and programs.
- Provide ongoing training opportunities and technical assistance.
- Carry a small caseload of housing clients and process their housing assistance.
- Maintain accurate services documentation in all relevant systems.
- Complete file reviews on a regular basis to ensure the program is audit-ready and compliant.
- Monitor utilization data, program metrics, expenditures toward grants, and outcome progress.
- Identify trends and quality improvement projects.
- Share data with leadership as required and assist with funder reporting.
Requirements
The Housing Supervisor must have a valid driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Windows. Experience working in HUD housing programs, nonprofit management, social services systems, healthcare, or case management is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- One year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience working in HUD housing programs, nonprofit management, social services systems, healthcare, or case management preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver’s License.
