About the Role
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for students in a family-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and oversee household routines and student schedules.
- Administer medications and support student wellness.
- Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational events.
- Lead daily devotions, attend Sunday Chapel, and manage household budgeting and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth.
- Legally married couples for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student vans.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and serve as role models.
- Comfort leading devotions, attending chapel, and adhering to campus policies (smoke-free, no alcohol, limited pets).

Schedule
Initially support various student homes with a schedule of nine days on duty followed by three off, transitioning to a dedicated student home role.
