Houseparents - Full-Time

About the Role

Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, guidance, and supervision for students in on-campus homes, fostering a family-like environment to support their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and mentoring students daily
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel services
• Overseeing household budgeting and reporting

Requirements

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Legally married couples of at least two years, both aged 27 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Integrity, professionalism, and role-modeling abilities
• Comfort leading devotions and participating in Judeo-Christian chapel services
• Adherence to campus policies regarding smoking, weapons, alcohol, and pet restrictions
