Houseparents - Full-Time

About the Role

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. They foster a family-like environment to promote students' academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision, mentorship, and leadership in devotions and chapel visits
• Managing household routines, schedules, and budgeting
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational events
• Supporting students' growth within a structured, nurturing environment

Requirements

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Married couples (legally married for at least two years), both aged 27 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to certify to drive student vans
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Integrity, professionalism, and role-model qualities
• Comfort leading devotions and participating in Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
