About the role

The Housekeeping Driver ensures all assigned staff are safely transported to their work areas and maintains the cleanliness of private residences according to Yellowstone Club Cleaning Standards. This seasonal position runs from November through April.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining service standards, and ensuring all interactions are professional and ethical.
  • Uphold property safety and security procedures to create a secure environment for employees, Members, and guests; report accidents or emergencies immediately.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all employees to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Follow all driver safety precautions, including wearing seat belts, observing speed limits, and ensuring vehicle readiness.
  • Drive team members to and from assigned areas throughout the Club as part of the shuttle program.
  • Support housekeepers in cleaning and maintaining luxury homes and lodges, including preparing residences for cleaning (removing trash, stripping beds, starting dishwashers).
  • Stock amenities such as bottled water, towels, and tissues in vehicles.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies, carts, linen rooms, and equipment in an orderly fashion.
  • Operate within housekeeping teams to achieve efficiency and quality standards.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of visited residences, respecting Members’ privacy at all times.
  • Assist in preparing new homes or properties for opening before the Club’s seasonal launch.
  • Comply with all Club policies, procedures, and OSHA standards for chemical handling.
  • Assign duties or provide instructions to other housekeepers or team members as needed.
  • Complete required training or classes as directed by Yellowstone Club, Human Resources, or your supervisor.
  • Meet departmental productivity, punctuality, attendance, and consistency standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management.
  • Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club in all interactions.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential for long hours based on business demands.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or vocational training/job-related coursework.
  • 3 months of housekeeping experience (hospitality setting preferred but not required).
  • Valid U.S. or International Driver’s License.
  • At least 19 years old with 3 years of driving experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to speak clearly and write legibly for effective communication with Members, guests, and staff.
  • Basic math skills for calculations.
  • Problem-solving ability and knowing when to seek managerial assistance.

Work Environment

The role is primarily performed in climate-controlled environments, but may require working outdoors in extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, snow, or inclement weather.

Physical Demands

  • Frequent talking, hearing, and lifting of 25–50 pounds.
  • Constant use of hands and fingers for handling or lifting items.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, or reaching.
  • Extended periods of driving (up to several hours) with sustained attention to the road.
  • Constant use of vision and alertness to ensure accuracy, neatness, and safety standards.
  • Maintain compliance with Yellowstone Club policies and Montana state laws while operating vehicles.

Schedule
