Housekeeping Driver
About the role
Yellowstone Club is a high-end private residential community set amidst the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains in Big Sky, Montana. Members and their guests can ski or snowboard on the more than 2,700 skiable acres and 100+ runs at the Club, relax at the Club’s Camphouse Pool and Fitness Center which includes a 75-foot heated pool and platform tennis courts, dine at one of the Club’s numerous eateries, or partake in other outdoor activities. In addition to traditional recreational and leisure activities, guests take advantage of the Club’s beautiful property to hold weddings, family reunions, and other outdoor events.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all Housekeeping team members are safely transported to their assigned areas.
- Transport employees and members on club grounds.
- Follow all driver safety precautions.
- Check exterior and interior of vehicles for any issues before driving.
- Report any vehicle or building damage.
- Drive shuttles to and from employee housing, the Club, and other designated stops.
- Support housekeepers in cleaning and maintaining luxury homes and lodges.
- Remove trash, strip beds, and start dishwashers.
- Stock amenities in vehicles.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Assist with laundry (occasionally using residential style washing machines for laundering homeowner linens, terry, and towels during in-home cleaning service).
- Pick-up and drop-off of laundry in Bozeman, Montana.
Requirements
- Valid U.S. or international drivers license.
Qualifications
- Three (3) months of housekeeping experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds.
Benefits
- Wage: $20.45 - $25.45 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
- Overtime is available at $30.68 - $38.18 per hour.
- Housing is offered on a first-come, first-served basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment.
- Optional benefits may be offered to the worker, for the worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to an optional purchase of a ski pass.
- Accrual of vacation and/or sick time is possible for Key Seasonal workers, but not for Seasonal workers.
- A 401k is available for both Key Seasonal and Seasonal workers.
Pay
- $20.45 - $25.45 hourly.
Schedule
- 35 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times, including overtime.
- Work schedule can vary and can include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
- Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
- Work hours will vary by location, which can be early morning, morning, afternoon, evening or late evening.
