The SH Front Offices are at the heart of every hotel, and our front-of-house staff are some of the most important members of the team, because they are the first to meet our guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide our guests with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand’s best self.

Responsibilities

• Talking to just about anyone with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Providing superior guest service
• Engaging in physical work
• Having previous similar work experience
• Enjoying physical work
• Having previous customer or guest service experience
• Being a team player
• Working as a hard worker
• Being detail-oriented
• Being flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

Requirements

Passionate about hospitality and providing superior guest service; enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience.

Qualifications

Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.

Skills

Knowing a thing or two...or three about the history of our hotel to share with your guests will set you up for success.
