Transportation Driver Winter '26 - '27

About the Role

Yellowstone Club’s Transportation department is seeking Employee Transportation Drivers to safely transport employees between lodges, employee housing, Big Sky, and Belgrade—all within normal commuting distance of the Club.

Responsibilities

• Operate light and heavy passenger vans and buses to transport employees between Yellowstone Club, Big Sky Town Center, Belgrade, and off-site housing locations.
• Safely transport all passengers while complying with Club, public traffic, and highway safety rules and regulations.
• Follow written and verbal geographical directions.
• Maintain clean vehicle interiors and exteriors for passengers.
• Prepare and submit reports on passenger trips, ridership, hours worked, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Work closely with Fleet Mechanics to ensure timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Check vehicle condition, including tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment.

Requirements

• GED or equivalent; must be 20 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in transportation driving in a luxury club or private resort setting.
• Proficient in safe driving of gasoline and diesel-powered multi-passenger vehicles.
• Must hold a current and valid U.S. or International Driver’s License.
• Driving record that meets Yellowstone Club insurance requirements.
• Able to sit for extended periods and use vision, hearing, and hands/arms to operate vehicles.
• Occasionally required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must complete snow driving training provided by Yellowstone Club.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check (paid for by the employer).
• Subject to Yellowstone Club’s Alcohol and Drug Policy, including reasonable suspicion and post-accident testing.
