Home Buying Specialist

The Home Buying Specialist is responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America. This person will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs, and close deals, in addition to performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. This position is a hybrid role (does not report to an office every day); however, you will be responsible for conducting in-person meetings with prospects/clients on a regular basis. Given the client-facing nature of this role, flexibility is essential, as evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow. What you will do:Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homesNegotiate acquisitions and dispositions of propertiesPerform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratificationEstimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of propertiesMeet with homeowners to present offers on their propertiesWork with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process About You:You have 4+ years of sales experienceYou have been consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous rolesYou have great communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)You have proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone salesYou have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred) Why we are a great place to work:Our awesome company culture includes: competitive pay great benefits, great people, casual dress, team events, work hard/ play hard environment!Number of houses sold increased 119% in Q1 2026 vs Q1 2025Revenue increased 102% in Q1 2026 vs Q1 2025We’re continuing our nationwide expansion.
