Role Overview

This RN position involves providing direct patient care in a high-risk cardiology unit, supporting patients with conditions such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmias, and pulmonary hypertension. Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards.
• Developing and documenting individualized plans of care collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while supporting professional development.
• Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN licensure.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
