Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards.
- Developing and documenting individualized plans of care collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while supporting professional development.
- Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN licensure.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
