Health Insurance Sales Representative (Earn $50k - $75k+ OTE - Absolutely NO Cold Calls!)

We're looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as Health Insurance Sales Representatives. We provide everything you need to succeed, including comprehensive training on health insurance, sales, and client relations. This role offers the opportunity to start fresh, with no sales or health insurance experience required. You'll work with warm leads and real connections, helping people who already need your assistance. You'll guide clients through health insurance enrollment, matching them with the perfect plans that fit their unique needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
- Expertly guide clients through the health insurance enrollment process
- Match clients with the most suitable insurance plans based on their needs
- Clearly explain insurance plans and gather necessary application information
- Conduct engaging sales conversations over the phone, building trust and confidence
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
Requirements
- Able to pass a federal background check
- Highly coachable – you love learning and welcome feedback
- Detail-oriented to ensure accurate application processes
- Wanting to learn and/or improve their sales ability to further their careers in sales
- Confident communicators over the phone
What We Offer
We fully support you through the entire process of becoming a licensed Health Insurance Sales Representative. From day one, every cost is covered, and you’re paid while doing it.
- Compensation: On-Track Earnings (after training): $50,000–$75,000+ per year (uncapped commission)
- Training Compensation: $40,000 guaranteed salary during the entire 6-week licensing and training period
- We pay for all licensing costs, including the state exam
- 3-day XCEL Life & Health pre-licensing course onsite in our office
