What You'll Be Doing

  • Expertly guide clients through the health insurance enrollment process.
  • Match clients with the most suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
  • Clearly explain insurance plans and gather necessary application information.
  • Conduct engaging sales conversations over the phone, building trust and confidence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

What We Offer

  • We fully support you through the entire process of becoming a licensed Medicare Sales Agent. From day one, every cost is covered, and you’re paid while doing it.
  • Compensation: On-Track Earnings (after training): $50,000–$75,000+ per year (uncapped commission).
  • Training Compensation: $40,000 guaranteed salary during the entire 6-week licensing and training period.
  • We pay for all licensing costs, including the state exam.
  • 3-day pre-licensing course onsite in our office.
  • Take the proctored state exam at the end of Week 1.
  • All the support needed to pass your exam and ramp quickly: work side-by-side with leaders and top performers to learn systems, sales skills, product knowledge, compliance, and workflows.
  • This is a W2 employee position — not a 1099 independent contractor role.
