Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Medicare Advantage Sales Agents with a strong background in Hospital Indemnity (Hospital Indemnities) and senior products.
What You’ll Do
- Handle 100% inbound calls from pre-qualified seniors
- Sell Medicare Advantage plans and Hospital Indemnity products
- Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through enrollment
- Maintain compliance while closing deals efficiently
- Met and exceed weekly sales targets
What We Provide
- $20/hour base pay (based on experience)
- High, performance-based commissions
- Top agents consistently earn $2,000–$3,000+ per week
- $50 bonus per closed deal
- Inbound calls only — no cold calling ever
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (occasional Saturdays)
- 1-hour lunch break

What We’re Looking For
- Active Health Insurance License (multi-state preferred)
- Experience with Medicare Advantage is required
- Strong experience selling Hospital Indemnity plans is REQUIRED
- Proven closer with strong communication skills
- Coachable, disciplined, and performance-driven
- Tech-ready:
- PC/Laptop (i5 or higher, 8GB RAM minimum)
- Wired internet connection
