About the role

This role is designed to uphold standards for a school model with global ambitions, integrating demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and educators. The model focuses on student learning outcomes that consistently outpace national averages.

Responsibilities

  • Directing the complete enrollment experience for candidate families, beginning with initial outreach and continuing through onboarding.

  • Facilitating exploratory conversations to evaluate compatibility before introducing options or advising on progression.

  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, maintaining transparent progress tracking and timely outreach.

  • Delivering campus visits, shadowing opportunities, and decision-stage dialogues that articulate outcomes, standards, and the ideal candidate profile.

  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years providing elevated, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences organizational reputation (education, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership, or independently managed services).

  • Proven accountability for a complete client, admissions, or enrollment pathway spanning initial inquiry to onboarding completion.

  • Capacity to share specific instances of advisory decision-making, including occasions when you counseled against your offering due to misalignment.

  • Professional correspondence experience with C-level executives, affluent individuals, or discerning clients.

  • Readiness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, or Southlake, TX.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in competitive independent school admissions or selective program recruitment.

  • History in premium hospitality, VIP client services, or C-suite support functions.

  • Experience designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.

  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely velocity.

Benefits

Working with us offers a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term position immediately available. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
