About The Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and run our growth function from the ground up — the strategy, the content, the paid channels, the team, and the compliance guardrails that let us move fast without moving recklessly. This is a hands-on, builder role, not a "manage an agency and review decks" job. You'll be in the weeds on content and campaigns while building the team underneath you as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy end-to-end — set the roadmap for user acquisition and engagement, and be accountable for the numbers behind it
- Build and lead the team — hire, onboard, and manage the growth marketers, creators, and specialists needed to scale aggressively
- Run paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, X Ads, and other platforms as they become relevant
- Drive organic and creator-led growth through UGC and clipping strategies — sourcing, briefing, and scaling content that performs
- Generate and test ideas constantly — you're not waiting for a brief, you're bringing the brief
- Partner closely with Legal and General Counsel to ensure every growth strategy and campaign fits within our compliance framework
- Report on and iterate against performance — kill what doesn't work, scale what does, fast
Requirements
- A few years of experience scaling a consumer product — as a growth hacker/marketer inside a consumer app (social, health/fitness, consumer fintech, mobile gaming), or at an agency that ran growth for products like these
- Hands-on channel experience with UGC, clipping/content strategies, and paid social/search (Meta, Google, TikTok, X)
- A scrappy, high-energy operator mindset — hungry, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, resource-lean environment where you're building the playbook as you go
- Comfort with ambiguity and pace — you don't need a fully mapped org or process to start moving
- Nice to Have:
- Crypto experience — as a retail trader, or through work at a crypto startup or larger crypto company
- TradFi experience — exposure to how growth, marketing, or compliance works in traditional finance
