Growth Marketing Lead
About the role
The Growth Marketing Lead will drive momentum across Neurable's brand and product launches. They will own and execute growth campaigns across various channels, contribute to brand and messaging, and generate excitement and momentum proactively.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute growth campaigns across paid, organic, lifecycle, and partnership channels.
- Set goals, run experiments, and source opportunities.
- Contribute meaningfully to our brand, visual identity, voice, messaging, and the smaller details that make a brand feel coherent.
- Work closely with design, product, and leadership to ensure marketing reflects values and pushes back on off-brand or generic elements.
- Generate excitement and momentum proactively through innovative campaigns, leveraging cultural moments, building community around products, and turning customers into advocates.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully across the workflow, for research, copy iteration, creative exploration, audience insight, and analysis, while maintaining a keen eye for when AI helps and when it makes the work worse.
Requirements
5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally with time at a consumer product company, hardware startup, or brand-led company where craft matters. A hunger to make something special. Someone hands-on. Proactivity. Team player that prioritizes clear communication.
Qualifications
- Able to point to specific work - campaigns you ran, content you made, launches you led, and explain what worked and what didn’t, and what you’d do differently.
- Fluent with AI tools and discerning about their output.
- Drawn to brands that feel made by humans with a point of view.
- Hands-on in writing landing pages, brief designers, building launch plans, setting up ad campaigns, drafting partnership pitches, and reading analytics dashboards.
- Driven curiosity about AI tools and discerning nuances between them.
- Proactive in generating ideas and pursuing interesting projects without waiting for direction.
- Energized by working in person with a small team.
Skills
- Marketing experience, preferably in consumer products, hardware startups, or brand-led companies.
- Ability to craft compelling brand and messaging strategies.
- Experience in AI tools and their appropriate use in marketing workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset and ability to generate and pursue creative ideas.
