Growth Marketing Lead
About the role
The Growth Marketing Lead will own and execute the marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, content, events, partnerships, and product marketing. They will build campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of customers, their challenges, and the markets they operate in, turn complex data content into engaging, accessible content in partnership with the product team, use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis, manage the website, social channels, email marketing, and marketing technology stack, support major industry events, webinars, and customer-facing initiatives, create customer stories, case studies, and thought leadership content, experiment constantly with new ideas, channels, and approaches, and track performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven decision making.
