Overview

The role involves owning the full growth funnel for Tasklet, a cloud agent OS for work. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and running systems for trials, onboarding, training, documentation, expansion, pricing, packaging, billing, fraud management, support tiers, and internal admin tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the full growth funnel — activation, trial-to-paid conversion, expansion (in spend and in seats), and retention — and shipping experiments daily to move the numbers
  • Designing and defining pricing, packaging, and support tiers
  • Building and managing the billing system, handling refunds, coupons, invoicing edge cases, and fraud & abuse
  • Onboarding, training, and creating comprehensive documentation for customers
  • Making Tasklet work for companies of every size, driving the enterprise enablement motion (contracts, security & compliance, SSO/SCIM, procurement, payment terms)
  • Building and running the internal admin console & tooling that powers all of the above

Requirements

A proven track record of moving a real growth number at a serious software company, technical depth to understand and work with the product, and the ability to balance self-service and enterprise needs.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering or product management
  • Experience with growth hacking and experimentation
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and billing systems
  • Ability to work with and understand AI models and their applications
  • Comfort with both self-serve and enterprise-level customer interactions
