Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

Join a pioneering team as a Growth Marketing Lead, orchestrating go-to-market strategies for a new cybersecurity training platform. This pivotal role involves driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention from the ground up, directly impacting the launch and growth of an innovative educational product targeting both consumer and business markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies for new products
  • Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to shape digital marketing campaigns
  • Optimize the customer journey
  • Accelerate product adoption in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 10+ years of growth marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market experience
  • Demonstrated success launching new digital products from 0-1
  • Hands-on experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across paid social, email, SEO/SEM, website optimization, and digital channels
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for CRM, automation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional product teams throughout product launch
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and optimizing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms beyond HubSpot
  • Background in professional e-learning, ed-tech, cybersecurity, or IT training
  • Startup or incubator environment experience
  • Familiarity with managing external agencies and vendor relationships
  • Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and demand generation tactics for both b2b and b2c audiences

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in SaaS or digital product marketing
  • Background working with small to medium-sized businesses or SMB digital SaaS sales

Other Requirements

  • Unrestricted authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
  • Willingness to participate in occasional travel, including meetings in Vegas and quarterly visits as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-like internal environment that evolves over time
