About The Role

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Lead at Doodle Labs will be responsible for scaling demand generation, pipeline growth, and integrated campaign execution across key markets such as defense, robotics, and autonomous systems. This role involves defining demand generation strategy, executing campaigns, driving acquisition, and nurturing leads through complex sales cycles. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and operations to translate technical RF and networking capabilities into effective marketing programs.

What You'll Do

  • Own and Execute Demand Generation Strategy: Define and implement strategies to grow qualified pipeline and influence deals.
  • Design and Run Integrated Growth Campaigns: Create and scale campaigns across inbound, outbound, digital, and event-driven channels.
  • Develop and Scale Programs: Build programs for long, complex B2B buying cycles in defense, manufacturing, and robotics sectors.
  • Partner with Sales: Implement account-based marketing (ABM) programs to engage target accounts.
  • Lead Content-Driven Acquisition Strategies: Develop and execute content-driven acquisition strategies, including whitepapers, webinars, and technical marketing assets.
  • Optimize Conversion Paths: Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Manage Acquisition Channels: Oversee acquisition channels like paid media, sponsorships, events, and targeted outreach programs.
  • Own Lifecycle Marketing and Nurture Programs: Guide leads through initial engagement to pipeline stages.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sales, marketing operations, and revenue operations to ensure effective lead scoring, handoff, and follow-up.
  • Track and Analyze Performance: Monitor campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI to drive continuous optimization.
  • Guide Experimentation and Growth Investment Decisions: Use data to prioritize and invest in growth initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within B2B technology companies.
  • Accountability: Proven track record of owning pipeline-generating programs and influencing demand and revenue.
  • Understanding: Strong grasp of inbound marketing, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, ABM, and integrated campaigns.
  • Complex Buying: Experience supporting long sales cycles and complex buying committees.
  • Strategic Execution: Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with the capability to use data to inform decisions and optimize growth.
  • Collaborative: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, product, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Passion: Enthusiasm for technology, hardware, and storytelling, with a focus on impactful marketing programs.
  • Curiosity: Comfortable experimenting with new strategies and channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Experience in defense tech, hardware, RF, robotics, aerospace, or deep-tech industries.
  • Technical Products: Familiarity with marketing technical or engineering-driven products.
  • SEO & GEO: Knowledge of SEO, GEO, and modern content-driven acquisition strategies.
