Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ideate and bring breakthroughs to market quickly.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and craft solutions that enhance their brand's performance.
• Ensure that every launch is measured by the momentum it unlocks for agencies, celebrating feedback and shipping in tight loops.
• Operate with heart by designing every workflow with empathy for the humans who depend on our AI employees to deliver for their clients.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Passion for human-AI collaboration and storytelling.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Experience with customer relationship management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of marketing technologies and platforms.
