Responsibilities
- Advise clients on labor and employment laws
- Represent clients in litigation and mediation
- Assist in drafting and reviewing employment-related documents
- Provide guidance on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
